We use climbing and balancing equipment developed by Elfriede Hengstenberg in our movement groups, and our approach is based on her work.
Our groups are recreational classes open to all children between 4 and 6 years of age. They are particularly useful to children who are insecure in their movements due to their physical condition or previous experience, though there is no indication for therapy.

Here, in a safe environment, with competent support and without the pressure to perform, children can discover their abilities and experience differentiated movements. This also has a positive impact on their self-esteem.
